What is deleted
- Your account and email sign-in
- Consent records, star balance and ledger
- Reports stored on the server
What you delete separately
- Conversations and memories on your device: delete them in the app’s settings
- Backup files you saved and email copies
- Store transaction numbers used to prevent double credits are designed to be kept without a link to your account. Retention will be set before launch.
What happens next
- We verify your password.
- Your account stops working immediately.
- We delete the sign-in account. If that fails, it stays “pending” and submitting this form again retries.
Request by email
If you can’t use the form, email us with what you want deleted and a reply address. Never send your password or backup key. Sending an email doesn’t delete anything by itself; the operator verifies ownership minimally and replies with the result and any retention exceptions.
