Stars keep the conversation going
You get 10 free stars once after sign-up. Each reply that is actually delivered uses one star, and all five friends share one balance.
How stars are used
- Errors, undelivered replies and internal retries don’t use stars.
- While a reply is on its way, one star is held; it’s used when the reply arrives and returned if it fails.
- Purchased stars don’t expire and can’t be exchanged for cash or transferred to other users.
- No ad rewards and no subscriptions.

Refunds
Refunds follow the store you bought from and applicable law. Stars from a refunded purchase are taken back from your remaining balance. If they were already used, we don’t create a negative balance or charge you; new chats and purchases pause until the operator reviews it. See the terms (development draft).
